This unusual evening trip could be the highlight of your holiday!

Boarding 18.30 hrs

We sail out to sea and watch as the sun sets behind the monastery on San Salvador, the rays casting a red shadow over the rippling sea.

Sailing in-shore in the gathering dusk, we anchor in a nearby bay and while you swim in the warm sea, chat to the other guests and drink cocktails we prepare a super 3-course dinner.

Hors d’oeuvres comprise a marinaded salmon starter served with tomato, olive and basil salsa and fresh crusty bread.

The barbecued main course, can be beef or chicken, salmon or tuna steaks basted in a tasty marinade with a variety of salads.

Please state your meat/fish preference when making your booking.

Dessert is a delicious chocolate,cream and brandy fondue served with platters of prepared summer fruits, accompanied by ice-cold fruit schnapps.

Cava and Marques de Caceres wine is served throughout.

What happens next is up to you! Some, guests need to cool off in the moon-lit sea, others claim a cushion and disappear to the fore-deck. Those remaining around the table chat and joke.

Whatever you decide to do, we will make this special evening one that you never forget!

Later we return to harbour with the ships illuminations ablaze, we hope you´ll be on board!
